About Our Network

A community of understanding

A global network, Access McKinsey supports colleagues navigating disabilities (visible and invisible), chronic illnesses, and mental health challenges. Like all McKinsey affinity networks, Access is open to all colleagues.

As a welcoming network, Access McKinsey offers a space for sharing ideas, experiences, and providing empathetic support. We focus on promoting best practices, raising awareness, and promoting inclusion. Our goal is to ensure that all colleagues have the resources and support they need to develop, thrive, and make meaningful contributions to both our firm and our clients.

provide practical support and a welcoming community to Access members
raise awareness of disability, chronic illness, and mental health issues across our firm by sharing best practices for inclusion

What we do

We are a global community of 35+ local chapters, 1,000+ members, and 3,000+ allies. Every year, Access McKinsey celebrates International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) with global townhalls and local chapter events.

Our goals are to:

develop, advance, and retain talented individuals with disabilities
provide practical support and a welcoming community to colleagues with disabilities
raise awareness of disability issues across our firm by sharing best practices for inclusion of colleagues and clients with disabilities
