Barbara is a Partner in our London office and leads our People and Organizational Performance practice in the UK, Ireland, and Israel. She specializes in using people and organizational performance levers to unlock billions of dollars of value for clients seeking to reshape their organizations and workforces, so they can outperform their peers, grow consistently, and become happier, healthier places to work. She has more than 15 years’ experience in strategy development and its implications on organizational design, talent, and the workforce, and how to drive change at scale through complex systems across public, private, and social sectors. Barbara is the Healthy Workforces Coleader at the McKinsey Health Institute, a global, non-profit-generating institute within the firm.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Barbara worked at a leading global financial services firm, focused on structuring and marketing of fixed income derivatives. Barbara also holds a BA in philosophy, politics, and economics from University of Oxford and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
