Megan advises government leaders and executives across the public and private sectors on complex issues involving strategy, organizational health, human capital, and large-scale operational transformation. Since joining McKinsey in 2008, she has helped her clients make significant, lasting improvements to their performance.

Megan leads the firm’s human capital client service to the US government, leveraging the latest research and private sector innovations. With strong experience in strategic human resources and a passion for people, she helps organizations create world-class talent systems, tap into scarce talent pools, and support workers adapting to rapid technological change.

  • counseling a senior leadership team to deliver on the promise of a once-in-a-generation organizational transformation across strategy, risk, talent, organizational design, innovation, and IT
