Examples of Rebecka’s recent client experience include the following:

  • supporting a private toll road concessionaire’s growth strategy by analyzing projected traffic and economic growth trends, assessing competitor activity, and considering the impact of future trends on project planning
  • partnering with the public sector to develop a funding strategy that navigates federal and state requirements, streamlining decision-making across infrastructure projects, and reducing delays to deliver as many projects for those in the state as possible
  • assisting a state to forecast future freight volumes and understand future trends taking a “private equity” approach to investing in future infrastructure projects
  • helping a private cargo airport in project development by building consensus among stakeholders, identifying investment partners, mapping freight trends, and creating a project development process to accelerate infrastructure projects to financial close
  • working with a state to make its cabinet-level agencies more effective and efficient – across procurement, real estate, IT, fleet, and pay/personnel

Prior to McKinsey, Rebecka spent several years helping companies deliver large capital projects, specializing in planning and scheduling, dispute resolution, and mega-project turnarounds.
